Statistics for Genomics
Course 140.673 · JHSPH
Introduces statistical genomics with an emphasis on next-generation sequencing technologies, including single-cell sequencing, microbiome sequencing, and bulk RNA-seq. Covers the Bioconductor ecosystem and key statistical concepts for critically evaluating the bioinformatics literature: preprocessing, normalization, batch effects, statistical inference, and multiple comparisons. Some familiarity with R is assumed.
